Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service and leverage digital banking tools to meet clients' financial goals. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and help customers use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to conduct transactions.

You will build trusted relationships through active listening and product knowledge, collaborating with branch teams to deliver seamless service and support. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
