Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-focused service, greet clients, and help them achieve their financial goals. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and support branch success.

You will educate clients on digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) and perform routine account servicing while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. A high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
