Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver outstanding client experiences. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide them through banking solutions using digital tools.

Partner with branch teammates to meet financial goals while maintaining compliance and service quality. Responsibilities include managing lobby operations, assisting with transactions across channels, and educating clients on products.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients with clear, polite communication.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing in compliance with policies.
• Assist clients with day‑to‑day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies.
