Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver outstanding client experiences at a branch. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide them through digital banking tools while upholding regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance in compliance with policies.
• Help clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash handling and device management.
