Key responsibilities include greeting clients, processing account openings, servicing deposits and transfers, and working with the team to ensure a welcoming, compliant service experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by opening accounts and servicing transactions while following policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and partner with the team to meet financial goals.
