Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with account servicing, opening new accounts, and compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on banking transactions and self-service options across Chase platforms.
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
