Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) for our RISE Dispensaries. You’ll be the warm, welcoming face while maintaining safety, compliance, and guest-first service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your role blends hospitality and security: greet guests, monitor entrances, de-escalate situations, escort visitors when needed, and support team operations. A background in customer service and knowledge of cannabis laws are preferred.

Qualifications

• As evidenced in the role, at least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology is preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement background is a plus when paired with guest-first service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance while supporting guest flow and operations.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers when needed and support team members with safety and cleanliness.
• Report safety or compliance incidents and assist with emergency procedures.
