Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries seek an Asset Protection Specialist (APS) who blends hospitality, guest service, and safety leadership to elevate the dispensary experience. Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with guest-first, hospitality-focused service.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older and meet state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming & Check-In: greet visitors, manage check-in with professionalism, uphold compliance.
• Safety, Security & Support: deter incidents, monitor entrances, de-escalate with empathy, escort when needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: share guest insights, support training, assist store operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
