Qualifications

• Customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems or compliance tech preferred.
• Security/military/law enforcement background a plus with guest-first service.
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Reliable attendance and background checks required for cannabis employment.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID; 21+ and cannabis-regulation compliant.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage check-in with professionalism.
• Uphold compliance standards and answer common guest questions.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers and monitor premises for safety and flow.
• Report safety or compliance incidents promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with teams and help train new APS members.
