Green Thumb Industries in Paterson, NJ, is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to join our hospitality-minded team. You’ll greet guests, manage check-in, and support safety, security, and guest experience with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include monitoring entry points, de-escalating incidents, escorting guests as needed, and assisting store operations while upholding compliance. Must be 21+, pass background checks, and be able to stand and move throughout shifts.

Formación

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance tech.
• Security, military, or law enforcement background is a plus.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first smiling face; greet visitors with warmth.
• Manage check-in professionally and ensure compliance.

• Provide basic concierge-level support and direct traffic.
• Monitor entry points and store perimeters for safety.
