Signature Aviation in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to greet guests and crews, coordinate services, and ensure a smooth, courteous, high-end experience. You will work across indoor and outdoor environments near aircraft, delivering thoughtful service with professionalism.

Role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and collaboration with the Airside Experience Team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, airport background check requirements, and obtain an airport security badge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Able to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisor/management.
• Driving standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet guests and crews with a warm, friendly greeting and escort them to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members and other visitors to ensure services are promptly and correctly handled.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures; may assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services including hotel, transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address concerns efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and local information for guests.
• Coordinate with flights and the Airside Experience Team using real-time systems to log services and prioritize operations.
• Keep guest areas stocked and clean; ensure restrooms and lobby areas are well-maintained.
• Promote and sell Signature’s services and products to passengers and crew.
• Assist crews/guests with luggage and transportation; provide weather information and access to portals as needed.
