Job summary

The Bay Club Company in Seattle, WA is looking for an Operations Associate to support hospitality, fitness, and facility operations. You will greet members, ensure club cleanliness, and provide a high level of member service.

This role offers exposure to multiple club areas, including front desk, pool deck and parking, with flexible shifts and a culture focused on service-forward values.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in the hospitality industry or related service position preferred.
• CPR and Food Safety certifications are desirable.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; check membership and register guests.
• Operate reception duties including payments and cash handling.
• Provide information on club programs, facilities and services.
• Support event setup, service and breakdown as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across areas (front desk, pool deck, parking).
• Flexibility to work day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
