Qualifications

• One year of experience in hospitality or related service preferred.
• CPR certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with club software and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and verify membership at check‑in.
• Book appointments, program and class reservations for members and guests.
• Deliver exceptional service to drive member retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and oversee designated areas per safety standards.
• Assist with daily tasks across reception, café, and pool deck as needed.
