Job summary

Bay Club Company in Issaquah, WA is seeking an Operations Associate to support hospitality, fitness and facility operations, delivering top-tier member service and maintaining club cleanliness with a positive, professional attitude.

You will rotate through customer service, reception, pool deck and parking oversight, work with the F&B team on events, and assist with program bookings while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of club policies and regulations.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate information in writing.
• Ability to understand and communicate verbally.
• Proficient use of club software and email tools (e.g., Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and verify membership at arrival.
• Process registrations, payments and guest waivers; assist with bookings.
• Support hospitality and facility operations including food/beverage and events.
• Maintain clean, safe club environment and assist with towel and locker areas.
• Communicate proactively and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with flexible scheduling including day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
