Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking an Operations Associate to support a variety of operational, hospitality, fitness and facility tasks. You will greet members, manage guest registrations, book reservations, and assist with café, pool deck, and reception duties while maintaining cleanliness and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

You will contribute to a positive member experience, collaborate with staff across departments, and participate in ongoing training to uphold our standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Policies and Regulations knowledge for club policies and procedures.
• Strong written comprehension and expression for clear communication.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to understand and convey information.
• Familiarity with club software and email tools such as Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and check them in.
• Assist with guest registrations and fees.
• Book appointments, programs, and class reservations.
• Provide information on club programming and facilities.
• Deliver high-quality member service and foster guest retention.
