Job summary

The Bay Club Company in Mill Creek, WA is hiring an Operations Associate to support guest services, front desk operations, and pool/parking oversight. You will interact with members, assist with registrations, and contribute to a positive club experience across multiple areas.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling registrations, booking activities, and coordinating with F&B and operations teams to ensure smooth service. CPR and food safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Policies and Regulations — Knowledge of company polices.
• Written and oral communication skills to convey information clearly.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate information in writing.
• Computer skills to use club software and email tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival to the Club.
• Check members in by verifying their membership and registering guests.
• Book appointments, program, and class reservations for members and guests.
• Provide information regarding Club programming and facilities.
• Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and associates.
• Operate cash register and handle payments when applicable.
• Support food and beverage service and event setup as needed.
