Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• External applicants must complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete system entry and paperwork accurately and interact with staff and vendors as needed.
• Assist with invoicing and equipment scheduling using Navigator.
