Stonebridge in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to coordinate revenues and receipts, and manage accounts receivable and payable at the property level. The role supports the General Manager and Corporate Director of Finance in accounting operations.

The ideal candidate has accounting or bookkeeping experience, familiarity with AR/AP and accounting software, and strong attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Enter daily revenues, receipts and ledger balances into reports.
• Reconcile daily cash deposits and credit card transmissions.
• Process accounts receivable, including billing and follow-up within 3 days.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices 30 days after initial billing.
• Verify purchase orders and enter invoices into AP system weekly with GM approval.
• Reconcile daily taxes and maintain tax-exempt backup documentation.
• Prepare and submit financial reports as assigned by GM or CFO.
• Assist with audits by providing required records.
• Maintain organized financial records according to company policies.
