Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities in Sulphur, LA.

Flexible full-time and PRN schedules with six-hour shifts and no on-call duties. The role focuses on daily rounds, managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, collaborating with care teams, and documenting with an AI-assisted EHR on a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license is required.
• Board certification in the appropriate field is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Document efficiently using AI-assisted EHR and voice dictation.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time and PRNopportunities with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnightresponsibilities
