Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for full-time roles in Carson City, Michigan, and other facilities nationwide. You will conduct rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications in a team-based, patient-centered setting.

Positions offer no call or overnight duties, AI-assisted EHR, and a comprehensive benefits pack including CME, PTO, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Geriatrics or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation.
• Utilize UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance.

Join our growing healthcare team providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Carson City, Michigan. We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Additional Facility Opportunities:

Charlevoix, Crystal Falls, East Lansing, Escanaba, Iron River, Mt. Pleasant and South Havens, Michigan.

Illinois, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance

Compensation:

• Highly competitive compensation with the opportunity to exceed industry benchmarks through an uncapped productivity-based compensation model
