Qualifications

• One year of related hospitality sector experience providing exceptional customer service to the public.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and patients, setting a warm, positive tone.
• Provide information, access control, and wayfinding across campus.
• Act as a liaison to triage operational issues and coordinate with partners and leadership.
• Support lobby flow and enforce hospital policies and procedures.
• Contribute to emergency preparedness and rapid staffing needs as part of a cross‑functional team.
