Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, families, and staff upon arrivals.
• Coordinate with admissions and clinical staff on patient status and bed assignments.
• Maintain patient charts and ensure accurate labeling and filing of records.
• Transcribe orders and relay information to appropriate systems and departments.
• Assist with orientation and training of new unit coordinators as designated.
