Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, physicians and staff in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain and assemble patient charts; file and label records per hospital policy.
• Enter and verify orders in hospital systems; ensure accurate documentation.
• Answer phones, triage calls, and relay messages with professional etiquette.
• Coordinate unit communications during emergencies or STAT requests.
• Assist with orientation and training of new unit coordinators as designated.
