Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handles large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identifies customer needs, clarifies information, researches, and provides solutions.
• Follows communication scripts for call scenarios, alarms, and emergency codes.
• Switches between tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Supports customer satisfaction and maintains quality standards.
• Communicates patiently and professionally in all interactions.
• Uses overhead paging to communicate emergencies and general information.
• Notifies appropriate resources of any trouble lines reported by personnel.
• Maintains knowledge of hospital switchboard and phone system; supports operations evenings/weekends as needed.
