Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 1 year Experience in current Access Operations Department. Required.
• Acceptable ratings achieved annually on Call Observations; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operates switchboard with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism.
• Manages complex or high-priority calls and routing of communications.
• Supports emergency response procedures and ensures proper paging & on-call workflows.
• Trains and mentors staff on switchboard systems and workflows.
• Assists with real-time workflow coordination and coverage during peak times.
