Qualifications

• Prior hospital PBX or answering service experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Follow instructions, work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
• Communicate clearly, quickly and effectively.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook for a variety of tasks.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.
• Must fulfill the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Receive external and internal calls and direct to the appropriate department.
• Monitor alarms, cameras and emergency phones as needed.
• Serve as a resource contact and support Medical Center operations.
