Qualifications

• Six months to one year console experience in a customer service/administrative role.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate responses to codes/alarms and perform overhead pages.
• Provide limited AV/Conference Center, in-house pager and Vocera support.
