Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework preferred but not required.
• 1 year minimum experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related service environment (Level I).
• 2 years minimum experience in related areas (Level II).

Responsibilities

• Distribute and restock supplies and linen for end users.
• Use Pyxis and SAP to document movement of supplies.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Check expiration dates and discard expired products.
• Receive deliveries and sign for them; file packing slips.
• Enter goods receipts into SAP and report discrepancies.
• Prepare vendor returns and rotate stock.
• Move and stock supplies to shelving after receiving.
• Transport shipments to stockrooms and deliver to recipients.
• Deliver non-supply items as required.
• Participate in inventory counts and STAT orders.
• Provide excellent customer service for supply-related inquiries.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proactively improve operations.
