Job summary

TSP is recruiting a Hospital Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on product value.

The successful candidate will manage hospital relationships, present to physicians and medical staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (overnight travel included).
• 5+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and other clinic personnel.
• Utilize resources to optimize customer engagement and sales impact.
• Collaborate across a matrixed sales organization with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in training and adhere to policies and procedures.
