Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Registered Nurse experience preferred.
• Experience in account management or hospital care roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key hospital staff and leaders to facilitate organ and tissue donation.
• Respond on-site to Organ Referrals and Donors and lead in overcoming hospital barriers to donation.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to create action steps increasing donation through process improvements.
