• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, communications, or related field.
• Alternative education/experience may be considered.
• Two years in healthcare, physician-relations, or OPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hospitals to verify medical suitability and establish relationship plans.
• Promote cross-departmental service delivery goals with hospital partners.
• Develop and maintain hospital relationships with physicians and nursing administration.
• Provide family support on-site in ICU/OR and coordinate referrals.
• Monitor referral patterns and participate in quality initiatives.
