Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of security management or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hospital settings is preferred.
• Ability to manage scheduling, client relationships, and security incidents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors, including payroll and performance.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Respond to escalated incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory control (uniforms, equipment).
