Job summary

SCP Health is seeking an experienced administrator to manage daily operations across service lines at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital in Woodstock, VA. You will optimize KPI performance, handle complex administrative duties, and support clinician onboarding and provider relations to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements include 2+ years in office management or healthcare, knowledge of ICD-10/CPT coding, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of office management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Practice Management or Healthcare.
• Project Management experience in a hospital setting or related area.
• Knowledge and understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and recommend improvements to KPI performance and client/provider satisfaction.
• Handle daily administrative duties for each service line including death certificates, documentation queries, committee notes and follow-up, virtual health cart support, scheduling, and management.
• Oversee daily census and patient assignment with EMR reconciliation.
• Market services to retain existing referrals and grow volumes.
• Assist in auditing and billing and ensure accurate coding and chart review.
• Improve client, PCP, patient, and provider satisfaction and hospital relations.
• Support satisfaction surveys for client and clinician teams.
• Communicate with PCPs and specialists regarding results and follow-ups.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new clinicians.
• Be available by phone or pager for emergencies and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
