Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a senior program administrator to support hospitalist services at Valley Health - Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. The role focuses on improving clinical performance, coordinating training, and maintaining strong hospital relationships.

The incumbent will work with the Medical Director and Field Operations to drive quality measures, patient care, and provider engagement, while ensuring compliance with Medicare and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace lines of business and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate QA and PI activities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Represent SCP Health and Hospital to retain referrals and grow volumes through client, PCP, patient and provider satisfaction.
• Coordinate training and orientation for new staff and ensure access and training packets are up to date.
• Support physician interviews and coordinate with medical directors and facilities.
• Lead daily workflows and activities to drive clinical performance improvements, including KPIs and throughput metrics.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Field Operations to organize HM Committee meetings.
