Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming calls promptly and accurately.
• Document event details timely and accurately.
• Execute all communications efficiently and accurately.
• Stay current on hospital, code, and departmental procedures.
• Assist with training new staff on call processing procedures.
