The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in high-volume call environments, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask under pressure. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year PBX switchboard/operator experience in high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service required.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers and transfers incoming calls promptly and accurately.
• Responds quickly and accurately to codes, alerts, drills, and testing; documents event details.
• Executes communications efficiently and accurately.
• Stays current with hospital procedures and trains new staff on call procedures.
