Job summary

Talentify is seeking a PBX Operator for 100% onsite work at Keck Medicine locations in Los Angeles, CA. You will be the primary point of contact for communications, handling 75+ calls per day and coordinating paging and emergency messages.

Shifts vary from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM with weekend coverage. The 13-week assignment may extend based on needs, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided including Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life Insurance, and a Retirement plan.

Responsibilities

• Answers 75+ calls per day and manages after-hours calls to providers.
• Provides voice, paging and emergency communication for hospital operations.
• Duties include answering, screening and directing calls and messages using a call management system.
