MarinHealth Medical Center in Greenbrae, CA seeks a part-time Telecommunication Operator/PBX to join our fast-paced hospital environment. You will operate the attendant console, route calls, coordinate paging and two-way radio communications for staff and patients, and escalate emergencies as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in PBX or high-volume call center, preferably in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a PBX operator or in a high volume call center.

Responsabilités

• Operate the attendant console to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.
• Facilitate telephone, paging and two-way radio communications for hospital staff and patients.
• Initiate appropriate response personnel for emergencies.
• Troubleshoot pager issues for hospital staff.
