Wheeling Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Guest Relations Assistant to improve patient, family, physician, and community satisfaction by providing accurate information and guiding visitors.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of face-to-face customer service, and the ability to handle emergencies and multi-department coordination. Work is 36 hours weekly in a non-exempt setting.

Responsabilités

• Screen all patients, visitors, vendors before entry and direct to services.
• Work in an anonymous environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate critical thinking in activating Hospital Emergency Response when needed.
• Identify resources to resolve conflicts and ensure timely resolution.
• Complete yearly competencies.
• Learn locations and overview of organization departments.
