Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Guest Relations Representative to greet patients and visitors, direct them to the correct area, and answer calls while maintaining patient confidentiality. This is a full-time role based in Springfield, IL.

Salary ranges from $16.50 to $22.28 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, PTO, retirement and education assistance. Evening/weekend coverage may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of phone experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors and directs them to the appropriate area.
• Answers the telephone and routes calls as needed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality in dealing with callers and information.
• Contacts leaders via telephone when candidates arrive for interviews.
