TouchPoint is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the hospital’s retail café, patient dining, physician lounges, and catering within a 400-bed acute care facility. You will supervise 6 direct reports, manage budgets, drive revenue, and ensure quality, safety, and service at every touchpoint.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare dining experience, and proficiency with POS and office software. A focus on staff development and cross-team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership in hospital foodservice or retail dining.
• Healthcare foodservice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retail dining trends and food cost controls.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the hospital retail café, physician lounges, and catering services with focus on service quality.
• Leads a team of direct reports, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and performance management.
• Manages budgets, forecasting, reporting, productivity, and cost controls for food, labor and supplies.
• Monitors sales, customer satisfaction and operational metrics for growth opportunities.
• Coordinates purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety and infection prevention standards.
• Partners with culinary, marketing and operations teams on programs and promotions.
