Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Services Lead to coordinate patient meal service in the hospital dining program. This full-time role ensures adequate staffing and training for Patient Dining Associates, and partners with caregivers and culinary teams to meet nutritional needs and special requests.

The position requires 1 year of supervisory food service experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous food service and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation instructions.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient dining systems to meet program objectives.
• Supervises Patient Dining Associates and ensures tray assembly, delivery, and pickup.
• Collaborates with nursing and culinary teams on menu options for allergies and cultural needs.
• Monitors patient meal selections and tray completion on a daily basis.
• Communicates patient concerns to appropriate staff promptly and confidentially.
• Supports dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets.
