Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to meet program objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates to assist patients with menu selections and tray delivery.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, preferences, and cultural needs.
• Interact with nursing and evaluate daily patient meal service and tray processes.
• Communicate problems or concerns to appropriate personnel promptly per procedures.
• Adhere to HIPAA, health and sanitation regulations, and Morrison policies.
