Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily pharmacy services in assigned areas to ensure safe, timely medication preparation and distribution.
• Supervise pharmacists, technician supervisors, technicians, and interns; guide staffing and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Information Systems and vendors to optimize automation and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with USP and controlled substance regulations.
• Develop workflows to improve efficiency, safety, and resource utilization.
• Oversee training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
