• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for multiple service areas at a client site.
• Develop and implement operating standards and quality improvements.
• Manage budgets and monitor costs.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams; promote safety.
• Partner with hospital leadership to meet objectives.
