Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative personnel and unit coordinators; participates in onboarding and annual performance appraisals.
• Manages daily administrative workflow and ensures compliance with hospital guidelines.
• Coordinates monthly staff schedules and tracks hours/absences for accurate timesheets.
• Responds to employee benefit and payroll inquiries in collaboration with HR.
• Oversees department files, records, inventory, and purchasing within budget.
• Prepares reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support data-driven decisions.
