Job summary

Tufts Medicine in Lowell, MA is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead the daily operations of Environmental Services and Hospitality Services teams, ensuring tasks meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee staff performance, schedules, trainings, and policy updates, drive process improvements, and partner with facilities leadership to maintain a safe, clean, and patient-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of related experience.
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of Environmental Services and Hospitality Services staff performance and workflow.
• Prepare master work and time schedules; coordinate time off and adjust schedules.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure hospital and regulatory standards are met.
• Complete performance evaluations and set goals for staff.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and competency testing for new hires.
• Suggest process improvements to leadership and mentor staff.
