Medical Service Co. in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Hospital Liaison for a full-time position with benefits. The role coordinates institutional communications with patients, Case Managers, and referral sources, including in-hospital set-ups for home oxygen and related equipment.

Qualifications

• One year (minimum) of progressively responsible medical customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Handle intake inquiries from Case Managers and document all required information.
• Assist with in-hospital set-ups for home-going oxygen and other modalities.
• Respond to questions from Case Managers and referral sources within facilities.
• Maintain open communication with patients and referral sources while in the facility.
• Market MSC services to Case Managers and referral sources within the facility.
• Document communications with all referral sources and establish frequency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
