Job summary

MSC is hiring a Hospital Liaison for full-time, on-site work committed to coordinating patient communications between facilities, Case Managers, and MSC. The role involves intake, home-going oxygen setups, and ongoing liaison duties inside designated facilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of medical customer service experience, with excellent communication, organization, and driving capabilities. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

• One year (minimum) of progressively responsible medical customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake inquiries from Case Managers and document order information to meet coverage criteria.
• Assist with in-hospital set-ups for home-going oxygen and other home-going modalities.
• Respond to questions from Case Managers and referral sources within facilities as the MSC liaison.
