CommuniCare Family of Companies in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Hospital Liaison to oversee referrals in the local market. The role focuses on building relationships with hospital staff, discharge planners, and physicians to drive census growth in long-term care settings.

We value marketers who go out into the field, bring in referrals, and communicate effectively. This full-time role offers salary based on experience plus monthly bonus incentives in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience marketing to hospital accounts in long-term care.
• RN, LPN, LSW or medical credentials preferred but not required.
• Established referral contacts and community relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with sales techniques such as cold calling and planning with hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Build sales relationships with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals to ensure referrals.
• Maintain sales territory to meet census goals.
• Perform pre-admission assessments of patient referrals.
• Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist referring and accepting institutions in addressing patient requirements.
• Monitor marketing activity through CRM software.

The CommuniCare Family of Companies is currently looking for an experienced Sales/Marketing professional for the position of Hospital Liaison overseeing referrals in the Cincinnati, OH market.

We are looking for true marketers who get out, hit the pavement, and bring in referrals! Salary plus monthly bonus potential! The Hospital Liaison is a full time salaried position with salary based on experience. We now offer monthly bonus incentives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years’ experience successfully marketing to Hospital accounts for referral / census growth in the Long-Term Care Industry
